At Danaher & Walsh, supporting the next generation of construction professionals is at the heart of what we do. As part of our ongoing commitment to investing in future talent, we’re proud to work with local educational providers at Broxbourne Hertford Regional College to offer real-world experience to students preparing to enter the industry.

Meet our T-Level student, Mason, who is currently studying Professional Construction at Broxbourne Hertford Regional College and has been gaining invaluable experience through a structured placement with our team.

‘I am enjoying the opportunity to experience on-site learning at Danaher & Walsh, and I cannot wait to see the end project. My main responsibilities consist of uploading pictures into the networking systems, or filling out paperwork for my supervisors so they can monitor my progress on-site.’ – Mason G

Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice

This blended learning approach has allowed the student to bridge classroom theory with real-life application, offering insights into both the operational and administrative sides of construction.

From observing project delivery to gaining hands-on experience, the placement has provided a well-rounded introduction to the many facets of the industry.
