Rehabilitating the Saxilby Rising Main, Saxilby
Project Overview
Danaher & Walsh Pipeline Solutions delivered the rehabilitation of a 175mm rising main in Saxilby, using a fully structural pressure liner to return the asset to full operation.
Working within a constrained environment, including proximity to rail infrastructure and restricted access, the scheme was completed efficiently using innovative installation methods to provide a durable, long-term solution.
Outcomes
The rising main was successfully restored to full operation, with post-installation surveys confirming a high-quality, defect-free result.
The works were delivered efficiently despite significant site constraints, maintaining access and protecting surrounding infrastructure throughout.
The completed solution provides long-term performance and reliability, ensuring the resilience of the wider network.
