Danaher & Walsh Celebrates Top Spot for Alliance Delivery Performance
Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering is proud to celebrate the IMR WR Alliance reaching the top spot for Alliance delivery performance for the second year running.
The result recognises strong performance across Anglian Water’s delivery partners. It also reflects the hard work, collaboration and commitment shown across the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance.
Working with Anglian Water
Danaher & Walsh has worked with Anglian Water for almost 20 years.
As part of this long-standing relationship, the company plays an important role within the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance, also known as the IMR WR Alliance.
The alliance delivers essential maintenance, repair and improvement works across Anglian Water’s water recycling network.
Measuring Delivery Performance
Anglian Water works closely with its delivery partners.
Therefore, suppliers are carefully monitored for the quality, performance and value they deliver. The IMR WR Alliance achieved first place in the performance league table across Anglian Water’s suppliers. This is a prestigious achievement and one that Danaher & Walsh is proud to support.
Delivering Strong Results
Together with alliance partners, Danaher & Walsh has helped deliver impressive results over the last 12 months.
This includes using innovative no-dig technology to reduce costs, improve safety and limit disruption for Anglian Water customers. As a result, the alliance has saved many hundreds of thousands of pounds while continuing to protect service quality and customer experience.
Recognising Team Commitment
Ian Gilbert, Commercial Director at Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering, said:
“A massive well done, everybody. The IMR WR Alliance has smashed it yet again and finished top of the CDI table for the second year. This recognises Alliance delivery performance throughout the whole of Anglian Water. The Capital Delivery Index metric measures all alliances and internal Anglian Water departments for expenditure, delivery on time and efficiency. It is a recognised measurement of overall performance across the water industry. This accolade cannot be overstated and is a testament to everybody’s commitment and hard work.”
Proud to Support the IMR WR Alliance
Danaher & Walsh is proud of the role it plays within the IMR WR Alliance. This achievement reflects the strength of the partnership between Anglian Water and its delivery partners. It also highlights the value of innovation, safe working and strong performance across the water recycling network.
Danaher & Walsh looks forward to continuing this work and supporting high-quality delivery for Anglian Water customers.
