Danaher & Walsh appointed to Pagabo’s National Civil Engineering Framework

We are proud to announce that Danaher & Walsh has been appointed to the £4.29bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026. Pagabo manages the framework on behalf of YPO.

The four-year framework is open to sectors including central and local government, the NHS, blue light services, housing and education. It complies with both the Procurement Act 2023 and the Procurement Regulations 2024. It connects public sector bodies with appointed contractors who deliver quality service and value for money.

Our appointment means public sector organisations across the East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England can now procure civil engineering work from us directly through the framework. This gives them a simpler, quicker route to working with us.

Sean McCallion, Operations Director at Danaher & Walsh, said:

“We are delighted to have been appointed to Pagabo’s National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works. This is a real milestone for the business. It means public sector organisations can now procure work from us through Pagabo with confidence, knowing the route is compliant, transparent and efficient. We have built our reputation on quality, safety and strong working relationships. We look forward to bringing that same commitment to new and existing clients through the framework, and to delivering projects that make a lasting difference to the communities we serve.”

David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director at Pagabo, said:

“The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.”
