Anglian Water Pipelining Award Success for Danaher & Walsh

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering is proud to celebrate Anglian Water Pipelining Award success as part of the IMR WR Alliance.

Danaher & Walsh works as part of an alliance of civil engineering pipeline contractors on a long-term Anglian Water framework. Together, the alliance works 24/7, 365 days a year to protect and improve wastewater infrastructure across the Anglian Water region.

Working Together for Anglian Water

The IMR WR Alliance works collaboratively to maintain and improve wastewater infrastructure. This work helps protect the environment, support communities and deliver better outcomes for Anglian Water customers.

The alliance also supports Anglian Water’s commitment to “Love Every Drop”. This commitment forms part of its wider business plan and its regulated responsibilities through Ofwat.

Recognising Alliance Success

Every year, Anglian Water holds an awards ceremony to recognise the success of its alliance partners. The awards celebrate strong performance, collaboration and innovation.

They also recognise the teams and individuals who help Anglian Water protect customers, communities and the environment. Anglian Water works closely with its suppliers as one team. As a result, the awards encourage continuous improvement and celebrate the people behind successful delivery.

Success Across Five Award Categories

As part of the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance, Danaher & Walsh was delighted to receive recognition across all five categories.

The categories included:

• Best Health & Safety – Marti Cooper and Yuri, Mini-Vac Ex
• Best Colleague – Danny Ellis
• Best Team – Flow Monitor Team and delivery of this scheme of work
• Best New Way of Working – Drive Reward and MAP 16 network tool
• Best Scheme – IMR WR Lincolnshire, Danaher & Walsh and Anglian Water, Tallington and Barholme surface water infiltration reduction scheme

This success reflects the commitment, skill and teamwork shown across the alliance.
