Waltham Cross Regeneration Scheme Wins Infrastructure Project of the Year

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering is proud to announce that the Waltham Cross regeneration scheme has won Infrastructure Project of the Year at the National Project Excellence Awards 2025.

The award recognises our work on the Waltham Cross Town Centre regeneration project. It also celebrates the strong collaboration between Danaher & Walsh, the Borough of Broxbourne Council and our project partners.

Celebrating a Major Project Achievement

The National Project Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding project delivery across the built environment.

For Danaher & Walsh, this award is a proud moment. It recognises the quality, complexity and positive impact of the Waltham Cross Town Centre regeneration scheme.

Our client, the Borough of Broxbourne Council, shared its congratulations following the award win.

Collaboration Behind the Success

The Waltham Cross regeneration scheme has involved complex delivery in a busy town centre environment.

Throughout the project, the team has focused on quality, safety, communication and community impact. As a result, the scheme has generated social value while supporting improvements for local businesses, shoppers, visitors and residents.

The project also demonstrates the importance of mentoring and supporting young people in the construction industry.
