Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering strategically focus on procuring projects via framework partners because we believe that frameworks allow for the most cost-effective and convenient way for our customers to work with us.

In addition, the fact that we have been vetted and approved by so many procurement and industry professionals gives all of our customers complete peace of mind.

Here is a flavour of the Frameworks we are on and how they work:

Procure Partnerships

The Procure Partnerships Framework is exclusively for assisting public sector bodies to procure contractor partners.

Danaher & Walsh have been awarded a place on the Infrastructure Framework for civil engineering work in both the East Midlands and the East of England.

Any public sector body wishing to carry out civil engineering work can utilise Procure Partnerships and work with us through the Framework, where contracts are awarded via mini competition or direct award. Danaher & Walsh was awarded a place on the Infrastructure Framework in 2023 for works up to £15 million for a period of four years.

Anglian Water

Danaher & Walsh is an Alliance partner for Anglian Water’s Integrated Maintenance & Repair (Water Recycling) programme.  Danaher & Walsh has been a long-term partner of Anglian Water since being appointed as an AMP4 framework contractor back in 2006.

This integrated management contract, subject to five-year reviews, is still going strong and specifically focuses on collaborative working, efficiency, and a drive for innovation.

The work occurs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for planned maintenance and emergency call-out. Danaher & Walsh Advanced Pipeline Solutions are regularly applauded for their innovative solutions and excellent levels of customer service.

Leicester City Council – Highways

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering was awarded a place on this four-year framework, which takes us through to the end of 2026. Over the framework period, work is procured via mini competition or direct award.

We have carried out several contracts as part of this framework, including the A6 Abbey Lane and Corridor Improvement Works.

Leicester City Council – Structures

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering was awarded a place on this framework in August 2023 for a period of 4 years.

The main focus of this framework is bridgeworks which is one of Danaher & Walsh’s specialisms.

Nottinghamshire County Council – Via

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering has been approved on Nottinghamshire County Council VIA Highways Alliance Partnership and this continues until 2026.  The work is procured via Mini-competition.

At the time of writing, we are involved on the Kirk Hill A614 junction improvement project at the ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) stage.

Nottingham City Council – Structures

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering was awarded a place on this Framework in July 2023, it runs until June 2027. Contracts are awarded via Mini Competition. Work already identified includes subway parapet replacements and bridge strengthening works.


Warwickshire Highways & Structures

At the time of writing Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering has just been awarded a place on this framework which includes works up to £1 million and lasts for four years.


Pagabo

Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering is on various Pagabo frameworks. For the South East England region, we are on a framework that covers reserve road transport, water supply, and non-renewable energy for contracts with values between £ 0.5 million and £ 5 million.
For the Midlands region Danaher & Walsh are on the Pagabo framework that covers reserve water supply and renewable and non-renewable energy for contracts with values between £0.5million and £5million. Our place on both of these frameworks is valid until 2026.

Contracts are awarded via Mini Competition or Direct Award.


Milestone


Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering is on various Milestone Infrastructure frameworks, including Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Central Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire Councils. Contracts are awarded via Mini Competition and our place on these frameworks is valid until 2027/ 2028.
