Early Careers Through T Levels

T Levels are two-year college courses equal to three A-levels. They help students start a career after GCSEs. At Danaher & Walsh, we work with local colleges offering T Levels in Professional Construction.

As part of every T Level, students complete an industry placement. This gives them hands-on experience and helps them build practical skills.

Placements last at least 315 hours, or around 45 days. They can take place as a block, day release or a mix of both.

Testimonial from Hertford Regional College

‘ We are both extremely pleased on how Mason’s placement has gone at Danaher & Walsh, with the support and guidance from all the team. Mason has had such a great insight into the construction industry, and I understand he would like to apply for a Degree Apprenticeship with yourselves and he is in discussions with Mark, which is always great to hear that the student wants to progress on to the next steps with their employer they did there Industry Placement with and once they have finished their course in June 2026. ‘
