Coventry Air Quality Project Team Makes Food Bank Donation
The Coventry Air Quality Project team has made a sizeable Coventry Food Bank donation to support local families during the school Easter holidays.
The team chose this timing because food bank demand often rises during school breaks. As a result, the donation will help provide vital support when many families need it most.
Supporting Coventry Food Bank
The site team donated a range of food and essential supplies.
These items will help Coventry Food Bank support around 450 families every week. Following the success of the initiative, the team also plans to make further donations.
Working on the Coventry Air Quality Project
Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering and Balfour Beatty are delivering the Coventry Air Quality Project on behalf of Coventry City Council.
The scheme will provide a range of transport improvements in central Coventry. It will also support wider plans to improve air quality across the city.
Delivering Social Value Locally
The joint project team has committed to delivering social value throughout the scheme.
Through this donation, the team has supported a local organisation that plays an important role in the Coventry community.
Danaher & Walsh is proud to contribute to initiatives that create a positive impact beyond the construction site.
